Over my tenure at Rental Beast, I have optimized go-to-market strategies, launched partnerships, and designed customer success initiatives that propelled the startup into a multi-million-dollar business. Most recently, I created and led the Client Services division from the ground up during a company go-to-market pivot.– Generated a massive increase in new business for a new product line, stabilized the monthly customer retention rate, and augmented customer delight.– Built and launched a customer program that became the backbone of the multi-channel customer onboarding program.– Advance new product creation by deepening relationships with customers to understand their wants, needs, and goals.– Selected to lead a special project to build scalable rental listing growth acquisition and engagement campaigns in 2021, managing direct and offshore employees.– Spearhead an industry expert webinar series that champions customer education and adoption.

While covering the Mid-Atlantic region, I managed the Philadelphia and D.C offices and served as the main point of contact for Rental Beast’s two largest enterprise clients.– Drove strategic initiatives that increased user adoption and grew the Mid-Atlantic listings database.– Established key process, training, and customer initiatives that synchronized operations across both offices.

Upon joining Rental Beast, I was chosen to lead the startup’s first geographical expansion and open an office in Philadelphia. I hired and trained the office team while building the office’s main product, a listing database for real estate agents.– Established and grew the Greater Philadelphia listings database, increased employee efficiency, and built the first Enterprise Customer Success team overseeing the largest enterprise client.– Collaborated with the client Executive team to create and implement a partnership roll-out plan.
