The Deployments and Roster Management team provides deployment services and expertise to the FCDO teams Office for Conflict Stability and Mediation (OCSM) and Humanitarian Response Group (HRG). We facilitate recruitment, contracting and deployment of humanitarian experts for OCSM and HRG, along with various clients from across UK Government.- Project manage up to 15 active deployments, responsible for recruitment, contracting and deployment- Advise and support task development with FCDO client- Liaise with UK Government field officers- Engage with cross-team touchpoints across Palladium security, logistics and Finance teams- Issue job offers and deal with initial contractual queries- Develop itineraries for deployed contracted staff- Be the managing point of contact for contracted staff on issues including performance, welfare and travel- Arrange (de)briefing schedules and facilitate Palladium meetings with civilian experts.
