Currently working on the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute project. To be completed early 2027.Past projects include:Advocate Lutheran General - Chiller plant renovation project over multiple phases to replace aging chillers, reconfigure the chilled water pumping system, and add cooling towers to expand capacity.Calumet WRP - New steam pipe, and heating water loops to replace aging boilers and pumps at the Calumet Water Reclamation plant.Hoxton Hotel - 16 floor hotel room in Chicago. Water-cooled heat pump system, DOAS, two kitchen exhaust and makeup air systems, and rooftop pool.Cleveland Hilton - New 33 floor hotel in downtown Cleveland. Worked with joint venture partner and local subcontractors to perform piping and ductwork. Fast paced schedule, and total contract was $20 million.Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center - Center for Advanced Care - New treatment center building including operating rooms, cancer treatment, and LINAC. PM for pipe, med gas, duct, and plumbing. Total contract was $15 million.CSL Behring Building 30 - Expansion onto an existing pharmaceutical building. PM on utility piping side and assisted with process piping.Silver Cross Replacement Hospital - 550,000 sf new hospital. PM covering piping, and final closeout of the job. Included 17 air handlers, 8 chillers, 3 boilers, and over 1,000 VAV's.Rush University Medical Center – Miscellaneous Renovation Projects – 42 projects over 3 year period• Each project included conceptual bidding from sketches to provide the owner initial budgets to decide if the project was feasible.Specialties: Renovations, Health Care, Hospitality/Hotel
