A&R / International Bife Life Music prior to its sale was one of the largest indie and creative-driven music publishers in the UK. I worked with songwriters and producers worldwide. We published also published bands like Snow Patrol, The Futureheads and Badly Drawn Boy. And many award-winning songwriters. Following the sale of the companies main catalogue to Universal Music in 2008 I left to re-established www.12one.com

Freakstreet records was a groundbreaking UK urban record label in the 90's releasing Urban Soul, Jazz, and Urban Pop Music. It was voted By Blues and Soul magazine as the second most important label for black music worldwide in the 90’s by its readers. (1998) I was then in partnership with then management clients D Influence Productions and Kwame Kwaten. Freakstreet did a number of urban compilations and single releases for artists like Shola Ama, The Jazz Possie, Sean Escoffery, Elisabeth Troy & Yanna Johnson to name just a few. Freakstreet signed the multi-million selling recording artist Shola Ama who after her development by the label was signed to Warner Music via Freakstreet Records. I Executive Produced Shola Ama’s debut album multi platinum album “Much love” and most of the key releases on the label while I ran the company as the Managing Director. My producer clients did 10 of the 12 tracks on Shola debut album, so I took a huge roll on the creative side on this release overseeing and coordinating producers, musicians and engineers and all aspects of the creative and recording process.

Mean Fiddler Music Ltd was part of the Mean Fiddler Group. I set up and ran the music publishing company with The Mean Fiddlers Vince & Maurice Power.
