CurrentI manage the entire sales in the VAR PL channel for the PRO AV and IT markets. I am responsible for direct support of NETGEAR PL partners and acquiring new partners. While at NETGEAR, I developed an entire quotation system that accounts for all aspects of working with the VAR channel PL and EEU. This system ranges from generating quotes to determining product availability, including goods in transit, and managing promotional settlements with the distribution channel. Today, the quotes include not only technical data but also descriptions of the equipment, warranty details for each part of the offer, and immediate product availability both in the sales channel in Poland and at the central warehouse, along with future deliveries. This comprehensive approach provides my partners with access to all necessary information. The system was entirely written in Python and VBA, with import/export functionalities for prepared quotes.
