With a degree in Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, I have a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation, which enables me to communicate effectively and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.In my current role, I am part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, where I recruit the best talent for each team and project, from the initial pool of candidates to the final hiring decision. I also collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and talent acquisition strategies, and advise on the specific labor market. I have successfully sourced and recruited candidates for high-level positions in various domains, such as Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, and more. I am also responsible for ensuring that GDPR and other compliance standards are met throughout the recruitment process.
