Director of Worship Arts and Volunteers• Created, produced, trained, and assessed all weekend services where members in a 25 mile radius attended to fully participate in all spiritual, financial, and community involvement for church operations. This included all theatrical holiday events and seasonal gatherings. Also improved all aspects of a multigenerational, multi cultural service for relevance, alignment, and clarity with weekly review.• Created all musical arrangements including full band and orchestral charts, saving the church approximately $11,500 per year in licensing and purchasing choral, band, and instrumental music. Recruited and trained all technical personnel.• Managed a budget of over $9,000 for all operational needs• Only staff to work without clerical aid, saving the church $20,000 for a part time staffing.• Raised over $10,000 for team financial assistance in providing humanitarian aid in Quito, Ecuador. Included all travel arrangements, training for cultural sensitivity, and connecting of the team with nationals.• Provided music lessons for all children musicians and singers as needed, saving each trainee an average of $2000 per year per family’s budget for private lessons.• Scheduled, appointed and directed a Hospital Visitation based in relation to volunteer’s residence. • Produced and directed annual children’s event, employing over 100 volunteers for teaching, crafts, games, competitions, live music, drama, for over 200 children ages 6-12.
