In 1986, and expanded the company into four subsidiaries, to increase the company's outreach in all areas of event planning. Ms. Green's expertise in the Convention, Meeting Planning Industry, spans more than thirty-five (35) years, having worked as the vice president of personnel and special events for Super Market Institute. Ms. Green was the in charge of developing and implementing all key meetings and special events throughout the U.S. and Europe. Ms. Green has worked with various colleges, secondary schools and private organizations developing specialized training programs in administration, Entrepreneurial Training, Business Development, as well asTraining Programs for models selling products/services at conventions and trade shows.Her modeling career started fifty-two (52) years ago as one of the first Black models to appear on a major television network for National Clothiers in Chicago. In 1992 Ms. Green, fashion producer and Ms. Kay England, well known fashion designer in Chicago, combined their talents and created the Minority Fashion Designers nonprofit organization. The organization was formed to help minority students in the fashion designers arena realize their dream through a $3000 scholarship specifically earmarked to cover fabric and other costly incidentals used to create designs. Ms. Green is also very active as a volunteer with the Grant Boys and Girls Club and other youth organizations, Recently, Ms. Green was first runner up in the SWH Atlanta’s Plus Size Diva Competition. There were twenty competitors all in their late 20’s and early 30’s.
