Paul has been privileged to help engineer financial plans for individual and institutional clients for more than twenty years. His practice focuses on long-term and tactical asset allocation, risk management, cash management, manager selection of both long-only and alternatives investments and financial planning. His clients include corporate executives, investment management professionals, private equity and real estate principals, private companies and non-profit institutions.Prior to joining Alex. Brown in 2018, Paul spent 8 years at JP Morgan Private Bank as both an Executive Director and Senior Investor. While at JP Morgan, Paul worked with clients across their balance sheets including all aspects of investments, lending, and estate planning. In addition, before JP Morgan Private Bank, Paul was a Senior Vice President at Atlantic Trust. There he held dual roles of both working directly with clients and conducting due-diligence on alternative investment managers, including hedge funds, private equity and real estate as a senior member of Atlantic Trust’s Multi-Manager Investment Program. In 2009, Paul was a founding member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Boston Chapter. He received his BA in English from Boston College and also earned his MBA in finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.Community and service has always been a guiding priority for Paul for many years. From 2013- 2015 Paul was one of only two town residents to be appointed members of the Belmont Financial Task Force and currently serves as member of the Town of Belmont Warrant Committee. He has also enjoyed coaching children of Belmont the last 8 seasons of Belmont Second Soccer. He and his wife Alina live in Belmont with their son and daughter. They are active members and volunteers at Beth El Temple Center. In time away from the office, they can be found most often in Waterville Valley on the ski slopes, tennis courts, and hiking trails.
