I worked as Acting Technical Manager above my role as Head of Business Control. I was in charge of two managers within Technical development and Fleet management. The group in total had 8 persons.

During the period I had the responsibility of creating a Shared Service Centre for all subsidiaries in Sweden. I was also in charge of coordinating the work of the analysis.

I was a member of the management team. The group had 13 subsidiaries, 2 in Russia, with total revenue of 750 million SEK.

I worked as Chief accountant with the responsibility of a staff of 10 persons. I built a new accounting department from a previously outsourced department. The group expand heavily during the period with 10 subsidiaries.

I worked as controller with the responsibility of building new routines regarding how to follow-up of the business. The revenue for the company was 200 million SEK.
