• Facility validation of an upgraded facility to manufacture recombinant DNA products aseptically.
• Preparation of Utilities, equipment, system check and Facility Validation Risk Assessments and Protocols.
• Determination of sampling plans for utilities, facility environmental monitoring and particle counting.
• Identifying and investigating deviations, including root cause analyses.
• Liaising with various departments (e.g. engineering, QC and Compliance) during all stages of the facility upgrade (design, construction, commissioning, validation).
• Undertaking live steam testing as per EN 285.

• Verification, troubleshooting and improvement of a custom-designed PLC system.
• Preparation and execution of equipment, process and facility validation documentation in a cGMP pharmaceutical facility including, but not limited to, URS, FS, IQ, OQ, and PQ for filling lines, processing vessels.
• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures including training and assessment of the operators.
• Troubleshooting and adjustment of HVAC system to maintain operational compliance within an ISO Class 7/8, Grade C/D facility.
• Providing assistance to the compliance department in deviation investigations, root cause analysis and preventative action recommendations.
• Preparation and assistance during TGA audit.
