Some of my accomplishments include moving all application file storage to S3, developing numerous new Spring Boot microservices, and implementing AWS Lambdas. I have also helped in coordinating (from the developer side) the entire shift from our on prem data center to AWS resources (EC2, RDS, etc).

Helped create a new product for the company from the ground up. Heavily involved in DB design, code stack architecture decisions. Used Oracle DB and Java SpringMVC to create REST endpoints for an AngularJS front end.

Java Web Application development of existing web application, including major refactoring and introducing new features and enhancements.Assisted in creating an Android application that communicated with our custom API.

Contracted to design and develop backend and GUI controls to RunnerCard website. Java web servlets and JSPs. Migrated Oracle DB to MySQL DB. Was able to tune queries and refactor pages to get load times from 4 seconds down to ~200ms. Built a track results registering system used by the state of Utah for high school state track championship registration.

General IT & Help desk: Setting up new computers, configuring phone systems, key cards. Setup SMB file server, email server, and set up their web server, as well as configuring the replication and snapshot backups of the MySQL database.Development: Created RMA system and assisted in developing a work order management system. Used SVN, programmed in PHP with a MySQL database.
