Overall objective for the IT Project was to plan, prepare and execute the implementation of all aftermarket applications so that they can be operated and hosted in the Geely infrastructure environment (both QA and PROD environment). Establish new processes and organization supporting Run Time Operation to an external Volvo Cars customer.The results of the project are a successful functionality for all Dealer Workshops managing the Lynk & Co car fleet (approx. 220 dealers in China and to be rolled out in the rest of the World.
