Here , I lead a 10-member team to facilitate the execution of construction projects within a defined budget and time while meeting clients’ expectations. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭:★ Played a vital role in the construction of 1400-bed King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Security Forces Medical Centre (in Jeddah, KSA), covering an 500,000 m2.

During these roles, I oversaw site activities as per project specifications and approved design while managing a team of 20 members. I aligned technical drawings and on-site work with project specifications in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. I inspected all delivered materials against approved material submittals while developing non-conformance reports to ensure quality standards and project integrity. Moreover, I produced daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the client (Ministry of Health). I implemented quality control measures across the site (in line with quality plans) while ensuring adherence to applicable standards. I carried out regular meetings to update clients about project progress and potential risks.
