During these roles, I oversaw site activities as per project specifications and approved design while managing a team of 20 members. I aligned technical drawings and on-site work with project specifications in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. I inspected all delivered materials against approved material submittals while developing non-conformance reports to ensure quality standards and project integrity. Moreover, I produced daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the client (Ministry of Health). I implemented quality control measures across the site (in line with quality plans) while ensuring adherence to applicable standards. I carried out regular meetings to update clients about project progress and potential risks. I played a crucial role in delivering projects in Revit and other BIM tools.𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬★ Implemented health and safety protocols (as per approved HSE plans) aimed at creating a culture of safety excellence and strengthening regulatory compliance.
