Through roles in account management and training leadership, I discovered my true passion: helping people grow and succeed.In 2005, I took a leap of faith and founded Proficient Learning, LLC. Drawing from my experiences with global pharmaceutical giants like Pfizer, UCB, and aai Pharma, I built a company dedicated to sales training and professional development. My mission? To provide the tools, insights, and support that enable life sciences professionals to be their absolute best.Beyond my work at Proficient Learning, I'm deeply committed to professional communities. As the President of Events and Education for the SE Region of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA), I help create opportunities for networking and growth. My involvement with the Life Sciences Trainers and Educators Network (LTEN) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) keeps me connected to the pulse of professional learning.My role as an Editorial Advisory Board Member for LTEN FOCUS on Training magazine allows me to contribute to and shape conversations about professional development in our industry.
