Executive Administrative Assistant
CurrentProvide administrative support for Executive Management Team. Handle all matters with confidentiality and efficiency. - Provide administrative support as requested by the CEO. Prepare expense reports, establish travel arrangements coordinate VIP visits and manage daily schedule.- Manage recognition program, track accounts payable activity and vendor contracts and manage all domain renewals for the Training Delivery business unit. - Independently provide oversight for the Element K corporate apartments. Interface with apartment management for problem resolution and ongoing maintenance. Responsible for ensuring maximum utilization, handling reservation processing and managing the relationship with the cleaning vendor.- Organize all aspects of annual international business conference in Rochester, NY. Arrange travel, hotel accommodations, transportation, conference rooms and entertainment.- Provide administrative activities such as making copies, delivering communications, filing and general paperwork for Executive Management team. Regularly handle processing of confidential information (compensation changes, expense reporting, etc.).- Coordinate vendor and customer visits, arrange for corporate Board Meetings and assist with all-company events (employee meetings and annual gatherings).- Looked to by employees to offer guidance on corporate processes and policies.
