In this role, Paul markets the organization’s value to development sponsors and investors, assesses new investment opportunities, underwrites and manages risk, and provides “best in class” relationship management to NAHT’s development partners. Paul also works with development sponsors and NAHT leadership team to help identify and raise the most effective and innovative financial capital resources for high impact production partners in support of their mission to create and preserve affordable housing and stronger communities.

Positioned company to effectively respond to and retain customers, even as market turned downward.• Guided companywide decisions to expand or contract local market offices; oversaw the creation of 2 new offices and the contraction of one unprofitable market.
