After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Hawaii, I enjoyed an array of conservation work that began during 1984 as a wildlife technician and evolved into a career in natural resource crime investigation. During 1993, I graduated from the Land Management Police Training Academy at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and subsequently worked for the USDA Forest Service as a Law Enforcement Officer until 2003 and a Special Agent (criminal investigator) from 2003 until retirement during 2014. I am seeking opportunities to apply my experience with natural resource protection and criminal investigation to conserve rare species and threatened ecosystems. To facilitate this endeavor, I initiated 'Bluwater Solutions LLC', a consulting and private investigation business to support my passion.
