    Strategy - We operate slightly different to other standard hand tool distributors in that we first develop a “go to market” plan with our partners by identifying the USPs / Opportunities for the brand. Marketing Review – We offer a lot more than just buying-selling-stocking products like other distributors. We review our customers product range / pricing and identify the “sweet spot” what we believe can drive “new sales” in a new market. This provides our partners with quick easy access, directly into new major UK customers, so revenue can begin to build quickly. Review - This plan is constantly reviewed with our partners to check objectives / revenue / milestones so everybody is clear on objectives and ROI can be measured.Importing & Distribution - We already act as an importer for many of our clients via our EORI number. We not only liaise with the import agents on DDP / DAP terms, paying VAT & Duty, but also have a warehousing facility. This removes the worry for incoterms for our partners and provides a quick and problem free delivery service of the goods to UK customers, which is very important for repeat business.
