Managing business cooperation with a group of local and international Discounter Customers. Responsibility for identifying growth opportunities including new business, establishing strategic framework with existing Customers, leading cross-functional teams in search of growth solutions and managing business relationships inside and outside PepsiCo. Leading team of four direct reports, including three Key Account Managers.

Responsible for accelerating growth with key Convenience and Hypermarket Customers. Leadership of cross-functional teams in order to create value for the Customers, including leveraging PepsiCo's shopper knowledge in order to optimize shelf navigation, improve promotional models to drive purchase frequency and basket size, developing tailor-made activations and exclusive products based on the Customer profile and its key shopping missions. Engaged the Customers into creating joint business plans, resulting in delivering double-digit growth, three years consecutively, Successfully managed and developed a team of two Key Account Managers.

Business cooperation with OT Customers, including Supermarkets, Gas Stations and Discounters. Responsibility for negotiating annual contracts and agreements, managing promo calendars, listing of new products and implementation of pricings.

Management of Lay's brand Innovations agenda for Central and Eastern Europe, from a product concept stage to delivering full marketing toolkit for developed products, including product/concept tests, communication concept tests and development of ATL communication. Cooperation with cross-functional teams across several key markets (Romania, Serbia, Greece, Turkey, Baltics) in identifying opportunities and addressing potential barriers in the implementation of NPD pipeline.

Leadership of major brand activations on Lay's and Cheetos brands, including consumer promotions, lotteries and NPD launches (Cheetos Robalos, Lay's Jaki to Smak). Responsibility for development of creative concepts, qualitative and quantitative concept and product testing, development of ATL and BTL communication and sales toolkits.

Role responsible for quantitative brand analytics (Nielsen, GFK), implementing minor brand initiatives (I&O launches) and supporting Brand Manager in delivering more complex projects
