CMC Serviceso Services Management:- Direct the operations of provide IT service to ensure effective performance of job duties with customer (Managed Services, IT Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Deployment, IT Maintenance, Outsourcing Vendors,...)- Oversee the technical and outsourcing processing in maintenance, repair or replacement of faulty machines.- Cooperate with customer care service team to ensure all technicians compliance with set customer service standards and procedures.- Manage the process of building Knowledge Base System for Technicians.- Oversee the hiring and training of IT service technicians and outsourcing provider.- Manage directly the Managed Services Team.- In charge of Technical & Service Center in front of the board of directors.o Services Consulting & Responsibility with customers:- Communicate with customers, collect infomation and analysis of customer’s IT structure to identify suitable products and strategies.- Consulting product and services for meeting customer's needs.- Calculate the input price for the Sales Team to build the business plan.- Arrange and prepare resources to facilitate for provide services to customers (Before signing contract).- Responsible for responding to customers about technical questions and complaints encountered during service provision (According to services level).o Product and services development:- Forecasts possible future IT trends and challenges and report to BOD. CMC Manufacturing & Service• IT Consultanto With Company's Vendors:- Preview / Review new products from manufacturer and report to Director.- Join negotiation with new vendors (Technical segment)- Research new technology / product of signed vendors & join Technical training courses of vendors.o With Other Departments:- Training for employee new products and services.- Support Sales Team to introduce products and collect technical requirements of customer.- Design ICT systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality for customers.- Collaborate with other team and staff to develop new solutions or upgrade current products in accordance with the requirements of market and orientation of the company.- Support new technology implementation.- Other task assigned by the Director Board.o With Customers:- Understand customer requirements and business objectives.- Provide advice on using technology to achieve goals.- Provide assistance with technical issues for customers (in case Support and Warranty Unit can not resolve).
