- Involve in office and business operations: office maintenance, travel booking, services contract, Visa for visitor, etc.- Assist in payment and purchasing processes internally and externally.- Act as IT coordinator between Vietnam team and IT Hub in Malaysia.- Provide support during HR events, HR projects, All Employee Meeting, EMT Coffee Talk, Kick-off meeting, Trade Wave.- Assist in internal communications.- Other taskes assigned by the Manager/Senior.

- Involve in creating content and managing fanpage Chuyen o S.- In charge of organizing monthly internal meeting and other internal events.- Build and update internal archives.
