- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Project Manager- Manage workflow and communications with appropriate individuals internally and externally- In charge of arranging business travel, check airline, apply visa, air ticket and hotel booking, prepare itinerary, prepare travel and expense report.- Organize and prepare presentation materials and document for PM ’s meeting weekly, take minutes in meeting.- Management of petty cash, expense report related to PM office’s expense.- Follow up of budget and verification of expense notes.
