Recruitment (70%):Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create candidate personas and propose suitable recruitment strategies.Manage the full-cycle process, including sourcing, call screening, offer negotiation, resolving conflicts by implementing effective solutions, onboarding, and exiting.Build and maintain a candidate database and managed employee information using applicant tracking systems like Base, CoffeeHR, Google Drive.Propose budget allocations for recruitment channels (job site, headhunt, advertisement...) to ensure quality and timely hiring.Primarily responsible for recruiting positions related to Finance and Accounting, with additional support in recruiting for Marketing, IT, Learning Design, and HR roles.Recruitment Marketing (20%):Develop and implement content strategies for company Facebook and LinkedIn pages to enhance the employer brand as an ideal workplace for potential candidates.Conduct candidate and market surveys to gain insights for Recruitment Marketing content.Proactively create diverse, multi-platform content on personal profiles to attract candidates.Utilize social media analytics tools to measure and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns.Employee Experience and Engagement (10%)Propose and participate in organizing internal events to enhance employee experience and engagement across departments, including holiday celebrations.Design and implement employee recognition programs.Participate in developing internal communication channels to foster a positive company culture.Developed the employee experience journey and introduced the company, culture, and policies to new hires.Archivement:Achieved 86% of annual recruitment KPIs and increased recruitment fanpage followers by 37% per yearCreate and develop a full-cycle recruitment process, receive positive feedback from candidates, and assist in developing a favorable employer reputationEnhanced employee engagement, raising average engagement levels by 1 to 2 years.
