Definition of the Agile Model at NOS, teach, coach and mentor the people across different levels in the organization in Agile mindset and practices, enabling their evolution and growth and simultaneously helping them delivery better results to the Organization and improve the customer experience.Main activities• Facilitate change and new ways of working within the organization• Be an internal consultant regarding Agile and Lean practices helping people, teams and the organization in focus on prioritization, value and outcome while experimenting new approaches for technical and functional teams• Gathering metrics on team performance, quality and agile maturity in order to follow and improve the team and organization practices and mindset• Help the organization identify constraints and improvements by facilitating workshops with different roles in the organization• Fostering communities of practice by promoting gatherings with different roles in the organization to exchange learnings and experiences• Being Agile Coach of Teams with different products: Digital, Innovation, Customer Experience, Advanced Analytics• Responsible for the onboarding of Agile teams including training in agile mindset, scrum and kanban, helping setup the team toolset (jira, confluence) and ways of working (team rules, build trust among the team members, product goals and KPIs) and agile team evolution along the way (agile maturity model)• Mentor other Agile Coaches and scrum masters and responsible for their onboarding, early start and evolution while they coach other teams• Being a Product Owner of a team of dashboard data product for agile teams metrics information
