As a Manufacturing Supervisor II, I actively manage 20 operators in a high pace, high volume manufacturing environment. I am responsible for quality and throughput of products on our production line. I am also part of the ERT leadership team as an Incident commander. I am fully trained in CPR/AED and I assist in the training of others along with facilitating safe and effective emergency response. I also work to implement HVCPI (High Velocity Continuous Process Improvement) practices throughout our department to help create a more efficient and profitable production line.
