I was responsible for developing sales strategy, direction and tactics at national level, setting sales and marketing objectives and targets across the company, developing commercial relationships with key customers and partners, supporting all sales activities within the company, analysing market trends, have full responsibility in managing Sales department P/L, managing dealership set up of the company, rental and remarketing departments of the company, leading sales team, arrange high level presentations for sales which contain important company commitments, dealer management, directly reporting to CEO.

Responsible for developing strategy about parts sales, managing the sales team, marketing and sales support actions for sales teams, Key Accounts in Customer Support, and managing the sales both to dealers and end-users.

Responsible for assisting Parts Sales and Marketing Manager, giving support to dealer sales, developing strategy about parts sales, playing a key role in direct sales in Key Accounts, and managing the parts sales in Volvo owned branches.

Responsible for parts sales in Eastern Anatolia, Central Anatolia, Aegean and Black Sea Region.

Responsible for following the importation process for parts From Sweden to Turkey, preparing the documents for custom, communicating with Volvo International AB about the process, and preparing the import cost calculations.
