The National Housing Partnership Foundation (NHPF) is a leading not-for-profit provider of sustainable, service-enriched multifamily housing that is both affordable to low and moderate income families and seniors, and beneficial to their communities. Since its launch in 1989, NHPF has invested nearly $3 billion in affordable housing preservation, resulting in increased economic stability for thousands of seniors, families, and children. Operation Pathways, an NHPF resident services subsidiary, engages with and assists families experiencing poverty and other hardship to problem-solve together through Family-Centered Coaching. Thanks to partnerships with major financial institutions, the public sector, faith-based organizations, and other developers, NHPF currently has nearly 60 properties and more than 10,000 units across 16 states and the District of Columbia.

The Forum gathers designers, planners, developers, and civic leaders to debate the defining issues facing our cities.Global Exchange Fellow (2024-present): Urban Design Forum’s new Global Exchange fellowship for mid-career executives will survey the world to shape New York City’s future, starting with our housing crisis. This new nine-month fellowship will invest in 40 rising leaders across design, development, policy, law, advocacy, and journalism to build bridges between New York City and its peer cities, uncover cutting-edge projects, and demand courageous public policy. Forefront Fellow (2020-2021): Urban Design Forum's 5th Forefront Fellowship cohort ("Cooperative Works") explored how to support minority-owned businesses and workers of color, expand worker cooperatives, and democratize economic resources to build a more inclusive post-COVID economy in New York City, specifically focusing on the emerging green retrofit and sustainability sectors. Forefront is an annual professional fellowship dedicated to cultivating emerging leaders in urban design, development, policy, and advocacy. Each year, an interdisciplinary cohort of 25 Forefront Fellows investigates how design can address a social or political challenge facing New York City. Forefront is grounded in an equity-based approach to urban design, which shapes the composition of each cohort, the selection of program theme, and the ethos of the program.

DOEE is the leading authority on energy and environmental issues affecting the District of Columbia. We work collaboratively with other government agencies, residents, businesses, and institutions to promote environmentally responsible behavior that will lead to a more sustainable urban environment. DOEE has about 300 engineers, biologists, toxicologists, geologists, technicians, inspectors, environmental specialists, policy analysts, administrators, public outreach specialists, and support staff. Among their many responsibilities are issuing permits, monitoring environmental conditions, providing funding and technical assistance, assessing environmental risks, developing policies, inspecting facilities, enforcing environmental regulations, working with other entities to solve everyday environmental issues, and informing and educating the public on local environmental trends and their benefits.

The LCC functions as the hub for Latino students and student organizations at MIT, as well as individual community members interested in learning more about Latino culture. The LCC space in the basement of the Student Center is composed of two main parts: the business offices of the student organizations, and the lounge for academic and social activities. The purpose of the LCC is to provide a space for students to meet with study groups or to study individually, to socialize, and to hold cultural and social events.

MIT@Lawrence was a long-term commitment to support dynamic and mutually beneficial relationships between faculty, students, and staff at MIT, together with civic leaders, residents, and community-based organizations in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The partnership was founded by then-professor Lorlene Hoyt and was most active from 1999-2012.
