Experience gained from 25 years of affordable housing investment allows us to knowledgeably evaluate the multitude of factors that go into a successful investment decision. We develop strong resident services programs tailored to each properties specific needs. Our staffs are leaders in both for profit and not for profit real estate, and we gain further support from a dedicated Board of Trustees.
