The company started because of my own personal struggle to find purpose, health & well-being, confidence and support while trying to live a happy life. Accountable for ensuring delivery of high quality product, service and best practices among affiliate customers leveraging Fairview’s Epic Electronic Health Record (eHR) Community Connect. Work with enterprise cross-functional teams to develop effective system strategies and solutions to further client satisfaction, optimize Epic, and meet customer business requirements. Enhance the affiliate program visibility throughout Fairview’s enterprise. Build and maintain relationships to support and promote excellence in customer service. Key participant in numerous and hoc projects in support of Fairview’s virtual health (tele-health) strategy and Epic’s Honor Roll rewards program.

Work with Fairview Clinic site managers to assist in using Epic optimally within their practice. Involved in Epic innovations to determine if functionality would add value to the system and sites. Assist with implementation, support, and measurement once implemented as well as with enhancements. Rooted in project management principles and methodology.

As a small practice administrator you perform many functions. Over all I ran the daily clinic operations, which was to oversee staff and the departments they worked in. Ensuring that the processes were being followed from the front end staff, clinical and lab staff & business office staff. Making sure that we were functioned to meet outside and internal quality and compliance requirment. Well versed in HR, legal, quality, compliance, patient satisfaction, payor contracting, staff engagement and performance, and overall financial management for a successful practice.
