This used to be a whole description in technical jargon about what IT-stuff I'm good at. Sure, I'm good at IT-stuff. I'm good with Microsoft, Azure, Entra, and so many more platforms and tools but that's so much less important than the job I actually do and love. You see, I help people. I try to make sure they can teach and work in ways that work for them. I try to keep the safe and help them out when they've encountered something unsafe. I love setting up an intricate connected web between various platforms to facilitate a workspace, but I also relish the moments when I get to point out to my users where Microsoft has hidden this Word- feature this time. I get to see smiles of the colleagues and students I've helped out every day, and that's why I get to work every day.
