These interactions allowed me to help in customer retention by aiding connections within the community, creating mutually beneficial introductions between different members. Due to the nature of Second Home's variety of memberships to accommodate businesses in different stages of growth, the needs of members were always changing so flexibility and the ability to think on your feet to assist these needs was essential.
