Attending first hand customer queries, about various products and services, handling of customer issues and complaints, proactive tracking and tracing of shipment details.Handling inbound cargo clearance desk which involved coordinating between customers all over India and the customer house agents for clearance of their consignment from Mumbai customs by getting relevant paperwork’s from the customer and forwarding it to customs, keeping customer and origin station informed of the status, priority clearance of sensitive and urgent consignment, handling all issues and complaints of the customers. Compiling all the information on cargo clearance procedure and making a training module keeping in view the target audience and executing the training program across the department. To do a post training analysis on the target audience to understand the implementation and degree of relevance in their day to day job. Circulating an easy reference handout on cargo procedures, being prepared single-handedly.
