Responsible for a team of talented EMEA based, Technical Presales experts in the field of Conversational AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Machine Learning. We leverage the Teneo Platform across a range of interfaces including Web, Conversational IVR, Social Media, Messaging and IoT devices/channels to drive intelligent, humanlike interactions between human and machine.Responsible for:- Co-ordination of Presales efforts across EMEA, ensuring consistency of messaging and demonstration delivery- Driving innovation via new partnering products/platforms including cPaaS, RPA, Voice and others- Run PoCs/Hackathons highlighting rapid development and delivery of truly intelligent conversational applications via Teneo across a multitude of channels- Day-to-day Technical Presales activities including demo building, demonstrations, PoC/Pilot scoping and technical backend integration etc.- Keeping abreast of all things Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning in the area of Conversational AI, and where appropriate leverage within Teneo's open and extensive pipelines/APIs

- Assist sales process in the demonstration of conversational, natural language technologies developed with the Artificial Solutions platform - Teneo- Demonstrate Teneo Platform and methodologies from technical/innovation teams through to C-Level prospects/customers- On-going development of new applications/concepts to demonstrate power/flexibility of the Teneo Platform- Assist and drive PoC/Beta projects- Communicate market/prospect feedback to Product Development - Keeping abreast of current NLP/Conversational/Dialogue trendsTechnologies used:- Dialogue/Contextual modelling- Numerous ASR/TTS technologies- Linguistic, conversational Data Mining- Using other data services including other NLP technologies to enhance the Teneo platform

- Assist sales process in demonstration of Speed-Trap technologies, including web data capture, web analytics, datamarts, BI integration and Real-Time APIs- Demonstrate toolsets, methodologies, roadmap to C-Level prospects/customers- Develop new applications/concepts to demonstrate power of Speed-Trap technologies- Use tools such as QlikView, Ajax, Magnolia CMS, MySQL, Oracle- Development of technical whitepapers for marketing- Assist in POCs/Beta projects- Assist in scoping of POCs and live projects- Technologies included:-- SAS-- Teradata-- Integration with Real-Time SOAP/JMS/JSON APIs for Personalisation and Event-Based Triggering-- Java/JSP

- Capturing business requirements from internal and external communities including Pre-Sales and Mediasurface Professional Services, in addition to ensuring business user requirements are clearly documented and accounted for.- Be a proxy for UI design as we continue to develop truly business centric applications.- Leading a strategy for product knowledge management and Reference material- Prototype new and innovative ideas and present them back to Engineering, the CTO and the Executive Management Team.- Designing and drafting of useful, concise and easy to understand product literature and comprehensive reference materials to enable easy adoption of the Morello product.- Support key marketing initiatives, particularly around product positioning and analyst relations.- Researching opportunities for extending the product set and providing recommendations in conjunction with the CTO.- Ensuring relevant knowledge transfer to all Morello lines of business to effectively service the customer base.- The creation of product related marketing materials and presentation tools for use by our internal Sales teams and channel partners, highlighting the business benefits of Morello.

- Build and demonstrate Morello Web Content Management application- Use technologies such as XHTML, HTML, XML, WTVML, WML, SMS technologies, Java (JSP), ASP.NET (C#), SQL Server and Oracle 10g- Demonstrate technologies using solution selling techniques up to C-Level- Demonstrate new technologies to existing customer base- Demonstrate new web developments using existing Morello toolset- Respond to RFI documents, analyzing requirements around business problems and building demonstrations to support this- Build generic demonstrations for specific verticals e.g. Financial, Media and Government- Assist post-sales with development of applications built on Morello technology- Support Pre-Sales teams in overseas offices

- Analysing business problems and producing design specifications to solve these- Development of applications from design specifications by either creating new applications or modifying existing systems (MFG/PRO and J.D. Edwards ERP packages) using the Progress 4GL and J.D. Edwards GUI toolkit. - Demonstration/Presentation of all technical aspects of J.D. Edwards OneWorld (including GUI Toolkit, Report Writer, Workflow, Configurable Network Computing) to prospects- Training Developers in using the OneWorld Toolkit- Writing prototype software using the OneWorld GUI event-driven toolkit- Hardware/Software sizing for prospects/customers (mainly NT and SQL Server 7.0)- Writing integration between best-of-breed products (currently writing integration between High-Level Web Alert Software and Finite Scheduler with OneWorld)- Learning new best-of-breed products sold with J.D. Edwards OneWorld- Assist Development Specialists in development of new OneWorld modules- Post-Sales Support – OneWorld Development on-site, application and report design within the OneWorld Toolkit

- Responsible for scheduling of Developers- Training of new Developers in development lifecycle and training of Progress V8 to Development Team- Analyse specifications from Project Consultants/Developers to ensure accuracy- Carry out spot checks to ensure projects are kept in-line with ISO 9000 standards- Develop modifications in Progress 4GL throughout complete lifecycle from writing of specification through to development of modification and first phase testing
