• Making reservations on Red/Turbo Sabre & Amadeus, fare quote, issuing tickets, refund and reissues for Corporate Clients and answering all phone calls & inquiry for the same and via responding queries via e-mails as.
• Assisting VIP passengers with their requirements including air tickets, limo services and hotel bookings.
• Dealing with individual clients, corporate, travel groups, and customer complicated bookings.
• Perform accurate functions in e-ticket exchange, revalidation, rerouting and upgrading.
• Coordinate with Airline Sales representative about new fares update/tariff, promos, corporate deal/group rates and others.

• Handling major corporate clients like Shell, Lilly, L’Oreal, HIS, Voith, ANZ etc.
• Making reservations on Red/Turbo Sabre, fare quote, issuing tickets, refund and reissues for Corporate Clients and answering all phone calls & inquiry for the same and via responding queries via e-mails as well.
• Assisting VIP passengers with their requirements including air tickets, limo services and hotel bookings.
• Dealing with individual clients, corporate, travel groups, and customer complicated bookings.
• Perform accurate functions in e-ticket exchange, revalidation, rerouting and upgrading.
• Coordinate with Airline Sales representative about new fares update/tariff, promos, corporate deal/group rates and others.

• Issuing tickets on Sabre and Galileo
• Handling the reconciliation process.
• Issuing ticket for Air Arabia, Fly Dubai, Mihin Lanka, Air India Express
• Issuing VMPD ( Virtual MPD ) on BSP link
• Issuing Insurance
• Creating Holiday package with local supplier contact in each country

• Issuing tickets on Sabre and Galileo
• Issuing ticket for Air Arabia, Air Blue, Air India Express and Jazeera Airways
• Handling corporate accounts
• Handling walk-in passengers and telephone queries
