I have been contributing in planning, execution, analysis and reporting preparation as a Project Associate with Quality Council of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry New Delhi with Mr. Adil Zainulbhai, Former Chairman, Mckinsey India on various projects. Lead Projects  GEM VENDOR ASSESSMENT Presently, working with the team of dynamic professionals to bring various vendors (offering their products nationally and internationally)to get registered on an E-marketplace platform of Government of India by assessing and certifying individually.  AYUSHMAAN BHARAT Worked on the development of the ground plan, research and assessment strategies and questionnaire designing in collaboration with National Health Authority(NHA) to ensure the quality standards which are followed and maintained in the services provided by healthcare organizations under AB PM-JAY. SWACHH UTTAR PRADESH Executed assessment for Panchayati Raj Department, Uttar Pradesh covering 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh to study the impact of Swachh Bharat Mission. Developed an assessment framework for over-reporting and quality of constructed and under-constructed toilets on the MIS portal while leading a team of 30+ professionals and 200 on-ground inspectors throughout the project. Managed to deliver in-depth analysis with the collaboration of the client. Responsible for building a static dashboard for better user experience and to track regular compliance for the stakeholders.

Worked at the Project planning and implementation Division of Quality Council of India. Roles and Responsibilities Managed a team of 10-40 members for various projects. Worked on the research, planning, development and implementation of the training programs for multiple ministries.Ensure Quality and timely implementation of activities assigned within the assessment. Conducted regular field visits and ensure quality in project implementation. Roles and Responsibilities led the assessment in 12 major ports of India under the Ministry of Shipping. Responsible for designing the methodology and successful execution of the project which incorporates various elements like the elimination of open defecation, solid and liquid waste management, behavior changes, increasing the awareness and information, beautification of ports.Under the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation (MDWS) assessed 4626 villages covering 1.4 lakh households to account for the status of rural sanitation in all states and UTs of India while leading a team of 10 members.
