My journey began with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Delhi University, igniting my passion for helping and supporting others. In my role as an HR Operations and Recruitment Officer, I have led recruitment for academicians and professional services staff, ensuring prompt onboarding and compliance with UKVI regulations. I managed contract issuance, advised hiring managers on job descriptions and grading (HERA framework), and ran maternity and paternity meetings. Previously, as an HR Project Specialist at Aurora Inc., I enhanced workplace wellbeing for the NHS through qualitative research, and as an HR & Wellbeing Officer at Ormiston Trust, I developed training plans that improved efficiency and employee engagement.I am passionate about championing diversity and inclusion, implementing fair recruitment practices, and fostering a culture where every employee feels valued and empowered.
