This experience was a profound lesson in the value of detail and the power of thorough investigation.My journey continued at IDFC Bank Pvt. Ltd., where I embraced the role of an HR Consultant. Here, I became the approachable, friendly face within the HR department, ready to offer guidance and support to employees. It was during this time that I understood the essence of creating a warm and nurturing employee journey, one that thrived on empathy and understanding.The turning point came at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. Starting as a Senior HR Executive and rising to Assistant Manager, I took on the significant task of enhancing employee engagement and driving swift grievance resolution. But it did not stop there. I also played a pivotal role in creating a safe and respectful workplace by actively participating in the Internal Committee, managing compliance, and ensuring the prevention of sexual harassment (PoSH). This journey into the world of PoSH became the thread connecting me to my current role.Now, as the Head of PoSH Services and Internal Operations at Diverse & Inclusive Workplace Solutions LLP, I guide more than 15 organizations in complying with the PoSH Act, 2013, and fostering truly inclusive workplaces. The skills and experiences cultivated throughout my journey have become the cornerstone of this role, ensuring organizations prioritize respect, compliance, and inclusion.For me, this has not been just a job; it has been a passionate mission.
