For the past 15 years I have been working full-time for a leading North American Bank CIBC across Canada in various leadership roles within Business Banking driving impact. Along with leadership I have breadth and depth in various senior account management roles growing portfolios. Most recently was a Senior Manager, Business Banking, overseeing 19 Bank Branches in 5 key markets across British Columbia. I coached teams of High Value Business Banking Advisor’s and associates and have been intently focused on growing market share and developing my team to reach their fullest potential and mentoring them to achieve their professional ambitions.I have also worked as a change leader within Commercial Banking working to improve the employee experience (eNPS) and NPS scores affecting Bank wide policies via the first ever local action team.In my spare time I enjoy giving back to the Community and actively volunteer by teaching the world renowned stress management workshops called the Part 1 program and Yesplus (geared towards youths) with The Art of Living Foundation (AOL).I’m also a leadership instructor for TLEX Institute.Concurrently I’ve also held multiple national leadership roles within the AOL Foundation bringing my passion, ideas, bias for action and leadership skills forward.
