Learning & Development: Design, Execution, and Operations–- Design and Conducting TNI, by understand requirements from various department- Project Owner - Learning Calendar (Launch, Execution, Tracking)- Developing Content and delivering soft skills/behavioural & developmental sessions- Design, Manage and Track the learning effectiveness and Learning Data for the organization and Key interventions: - Project Management of key learning interventions and projects. Including and not limited to logistics, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, MIS, reports, updates, budget tracking, etc.- Project Communication Plan – design of flyers, invites, videos, etc.; sending of communication, seeking alignment with stakeholders.- Support the LnOD with projects linked to Talent Management, Leadership Development and Succession PlanningHR Training-- Expat Orientation- Goal Setting training- Performance Feedback- PoSH and other compliance training- Interview Guidance Program- New recruit InductionSpecial Projects:- Design and implement certain programs (E.g. Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Employee Recognition Program, Long Service Award, etc.)- Miscellaneous projects and tasks as determined by business needs
