As an IT Technician at Havergal College, I assist the IT team in providing technical support and troubleshooting for the students and staff. I also help with the maintenance and installation of hardware and software, and the implementation of IT policies and procedures. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at York University, where I am learning the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.I am passionate about education and technology, and I aspire to use my knowledge and skills to create innovative and impactful solutions for the learning community.
