Poonam Sahu is a Senior Patent Engineer and Team Lead at the firm supporting US patent attorney in preparing U.S. utility patent applications, design patent applications, and drafting OA responses. She provides support services, including reviewing disclosures, patent analysis, patentability, novelty searches, prior art searches, AE search report, infringement analysis, etc. She also helps in training and managing the junior patent engineers at the firm.Prior to joining LegalForce RAPC Worldwide, Poonam worked as a Structural Design Analyst, Detailer and Estimator in leading Civil Engineering firm M/s Aquades Structural Consultants Pvt Ltd, Nagpur for nearly three years.Poonam holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Nagpur and is a graduate in Civil Engineering from of Institution of Engineers’ (India).
