Role involves understanding client businesses and requirements for digital and analytics based problems and building complete pipelines and workflows according to the client needs. It also involves performing evaluation and end to end analysis of different alternatives, scopes, end results and reporting.I also had to lead teams for the analytics solution as well as provide mentorship to multiple interns throughout the course of their programs.Few Initiatives : - Claims Analytics project for an insurance company for early prediction of the medical claims which have higher propensity to go to a litigation or have payouts– enabling proactive alert based fast actions to pre-empt these claims. (Built a complete Machine Learning based model using python – from client collaboration, data understanding and analysis, model built using python libraries as well as providing recommendations and predictions.)- Segmentation Strategy - For a major CPG client, lead the effort to create an actionable report for helping the client in selection process for which customers (B to B) to move to their online portal from offline services using data exploration and analytics.- Worked on a complete solution for scheduling multiple number of crews for inventory counting across the country for a big retail chain, keeping in mind various constraints, violations and priorities. Experimented with techniques like Constrained Programming, TSP etc. to achieve a desired optimized and efficient solution. Lead a team of 3 for this.-Co-wrote and presented a conference paper in the International Conference on Business Analytics and Intelligence (conducted by IIM Bangalore and IISC Bangalore) on the topic - 'Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization using TensorFlow'

Role involves providing data driven strategic solutions for digital transformation. Work involves usage of machine learning techniques, programming languages, SQL, strategy and hypothesis building. Few initiatives : - Inventory Shrinkage and GRIR problems for a client project – Extensive Analysis of the domain and business to arrive at trends, patterns and hidden causes, Creating a report with clear actionable steps and recommendations for the problem at hand.-Co-wrote and presented 2 conference papers in the International Conference on Business Analytics and Intelligence (conducted by IIM Bangalore and IISC Bangalore) on the topics - 1. 'An Ensemble of Speech Analytics and Text Mining for near Real-Time Feedback to improve Customer Experience'2. 'Advance Video Search Engine Leveraging Dimensions of Text Analytics, Speech Analytics and Computer Vision'-Worked on a speech Analytics POC, aimed at improving and customizing real-time customer experience in a customer-service set-up. Used Python and ML techniques to build and conceptualize components like speaker segmentation, gender recognition, emotion detection, sentiment detection, topic extraction etc. - Created an AI based chat-bot for an SCM project to automate the chat processes, leveraging tools like Google Dialogflow and Google Speech as well as creating backend python codes for the same.- Built a speech based video search engine using speech to text functionalities as well as python backend using Django frameworks.

As part of my final semester internship, worked on a project - 'Optimization of On Air Promotions'. This involved development of efficient data analytical algorithms for a multinational mass media and entertainment client so that the promotions for their programs can be optimally slotted, based on historical user data collected over 2 years.
