• Managing client’s recruitment needs for various IT, Financial & Telecom domain requirements. • Worked for some of the major financial clients in the market as IBM, TD Bank, BMO Bank, Scotia bank, CIBC, CPPIB, Ontario Government and others.• Responsible for analyzing requirements and searching good consultants through internal database, personal database, third party vendor's hotlists, employee referral programs, other referrals, though different job portals as Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, Corp to Corp, etc.• Includes direct sourcing, getting leads & referrals, recruiting passively through various search engines using Boolean Search.• Negotiating on pay rates or salary for salaried, W2 / hourly, and 1099 independent contractors and contract negotiations • Finding talent across different locations in Canada i.e. Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Montreal, Quebec, Scarborough, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Ottawa etc.
