- Oversee all aspects of ticketing and parking between James Brown Arena (8,000 seats) and Bell Auditorium (2,700 seats)- Work directly with promoter for scaling/pricing to determine the best option for the show in our market as well as determine any platinum sales or VIP options - Build events in the Paciolan ticketing system, including seating manifests, holds/kills, pre-sales, Platinum, VIP, etc.- Track attendance for all events, including pre-sales, walk-ups, promotions, discounts, etc.- Update and relay all box-office related event information to each department and client- Responsible for the reconciliation of all ticket and parking revenue, tracking of accounts payable/receivable and preparation of sales reports/ticket revenue updates, and investigating and resolving all ticket-related issues- Hiring and training of new employees, scheduling box office and parking staff- Assist venue marketing with social media posts and content site, proof email blasts and press releases- Work with promoter, marketing, and group sales to set up various ticket discounts and promotions- Assist other OVG360 box offices as needed
