About Poppy Griffiths

Passionate about enabling human potential everyday, unlimited!I am Director & Founder of UnlimitU High Performance Coaching, and a Professional Neuroscience Trained Coach. Certified by the NeuroLeadership Institute and the International Coaching Federation (ACC). I work with organisations and their leaders to amplify high performing cultures, great leadership, and mentally fit teams. UnlimitU partners with diverse industry organisations, Government, elite sports clubs and schools.My passions are centred in supporting the career-life transitions of working parents, the personal and leadership development of women, and the positive mental wellbeing of leaders and teams. UnlimitU's services include group coaching workshops, keynote speaking occasions, 1:1 senior & executive coaching, business growth coaching, facilitation and training and coaching advisory.I have 17 years of diverse commercial business experience, working in Australia and Asia as a senior manager. Across functions including marketing, strategic partnerships, communications, workplace wellness design and ecommerce. I've worked for global organisations in the health and wellness, aviation and communications industries. I have led complex projects, culturally diverse and cross functional teams, and advised to senior executive level. I hold a Masters of Business Management from Monash Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts & Science (Psychology) from The University of Melbourne.I am also a passionate mental health and wellbeing educator, with extensive not-for-profit leadership and management experience. For the last 12 years, I have been a strategic advisor, ambassador and media spokesperson for national suicide prevention organisation R U OK? I’ve had the privilege to lead the marketing and partnerships function at national health organisation, Jean Hailes for Women's Health.
