CurrentIn my role as a Student Experience Team Member at Unite Students, I contribute to creating a supportive and engaging community for residents, combining customer service, sales, and property management.- Resident Support & Engagement: Act as the primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and organizing events that foster a positive community spirit.- Sales & Occupancy: Support occupancy goals by promoting available rooms, assisting prospective residents with bookings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.- Property Management & Safety: Conduct regular inspections, address maintenance needs, and uphold high safety standards to provide a secure, well-maintained environment for all residents.This role allows me to apply my customer service expertise and proactive approach to make a meaningful impact on the student experience at Unite Students.
