Responsible for all HR administration in two operational regions. Involved independently supporting 400 employees in Dermatology clinics across Kansas, Missouri, and Texas. Purging and performing an internal audit on all of the company’s paper Form I-9s dating from 1999 to 2013, in a part-time role. Exercising problem solving skills to correct improperly completed Form I-9s from 80+ stores across 6 states. Worked closely with the company’s Vice President of People getting to see multiple aspects of a Human Resources department, including benefits, recruiting, and training. Helped test, launch, and administer new I-9 Compliance System.
