I am one semester away from graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Marketing. As a student, I spend a majority of my time involved in the American Marketing Association, where I have held two leadership positions and was named member of the year for 2015-2016. I have also held a management position since the age of 16 for a small business in my hometown of Cornelius, NC. In addition to my leadership experiences, I am currently employed as a Marketing Intern for a financial firm in Eastern Carolina. These experiences have laid the foundation for what I hope to accomplish in the marketing field. I enjoy the creative aspect of marketing and working with others to produce unique marketing strategies and ideas. I hope to one day be a part of a product innovation team or to create advertising campaigns.
