Worked as the sole employee in the opening of a new business. The business today is a very successful local small business open year round. I served as a manager for the owners of the business. Supervised employees making sure tasks were done timely and accurately. Assured all employees have a bright cheery attitude giving customers a rewarding experience. I assist in payroll, deposits, inventory, and scheduling. In addition to daily duties I also assisted the owners in marketing ideas and creation of advertisements. Alongside manager duties I exceed in customer service, fundraisers, cashier, and manual labor.

As a Marketing Coordinator Intern for a local business in my hometown that I once managed. Lake Norman Miniature Golf had never had a marketing plan in action for their company, until now. I am currently making a marketing plan for their business and executing it this summer. Duties and accomplishments include helping promote their 5 year anniversary by initiating "The Summer of Giving" Campaign. I have connected with non-profit organizations to incorporate their help with the summer campaign. Be The Match On Campus is a national bone marrow program. I found out about this origination at the American Marketing Association Collegiate Conference in March of 2015. I started up the organization that same month and created an executive board at East Carolina University. The goal behind this organization was to spread the word about bone marrow and the truth about donation.
