The Director, Long Term Recovery Programs will be an organizational leader for Long Term Recovery capacity building through Trade skills credentialing and certification programming as well construction service delivery. This role must balance daily execution, long-term team development, and organizational and programmatic strategy. This will require a detailed understanding of rebuild operations and vision for Team Rubicon’s programming in trade skills development as well as close coordination across all Departments. The Director, Operations Support will be a leader focused on balancing daily execution, long-term team development and organizational strategy. This will require a detailed understanding of all operational functions within the Operations team and team-level functions within all departments. The Director, Operations Support will provide a clear strategic vision, develop and gain buy-in for cross-departmental strategic initiatives, and help execute Team Rubicon's Veteran-led disaster response operations.
